Owning and operating a caretaking/building management business of 154 Lots.
Being an Owner in six different Body Corporates.
Holding all positions (executive roles and ordinary member) on Committees.
Held the position of General Manager for one of Brisbane’s fastest growing Body Corporate firms.
Strata Community Association (QLD) Member & Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM)

Rebecca le Noble
Director and Senior Body Corporate Manager
As the founder of Noble Body Corporate Services Rebecca’s desire is to bring Owners together to achieve the best possible outcome for all. She believes with clear and good communication Body Corporates can not only achieve this but create harmonious and healthy communities.
Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Marine Studies, majoring in Marine Biology and Ecology in 2009 and achieved First Class Honours in Marine Studies in 2010 from the University of Queensland.
Although Marine Studies will always be a passion for Rebecca, exposure to the Body Corporate industry through family was where she found her speciality.
Rebecca has spent the past 13 years working with Owners within the Body Corporate industry, with 10 of those years as a Body Corporate Manager.
Rebecca recently completed a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management to further her property industry knowledge.
She is also a member of Strata Community Association (SCA) QLD and a Certified Strata Community Manager.
Rebecca looks forward to working with Strata Owners to make Strata better.
